The staff was really friendly and helpful. I really liked the remote controlled window shades that actually worked. (We stayed at a HIE in Searcy, AR last weekend and the same type of window treatments were manually controlled with chains and one chain was missing completely and none of them worked at all and we had rented their best suite. When we brought it to their attention they said the maintenance guy was off for the weekend but that they could call him in if we really wanted them to... felt like a guilt trip....so we couldn't darken the suite for our entire stay.) Anyway, the Purcell, OK HIE was top notch and I felt like a queen and slept beautifully! The whole place was so clean and the staff was super hospitable. (The Searcy, AR elevators were dirty the whole time with mud that had been tracked in by someone. It was never cleaned the whole weekend.) In contrast, the Purcell, OK elevators were clean even though we could have potentially messed them up ourselves because we were there for a wilderness search and rescue, but the Purcell, OK HIE had really nice boot cleaners just outside the front doors. I SUPER appreciated this amenity so I didn't end up with mud/dirt on the floors in my room because I like to go barefoot in my room I really liked having in-room coffee, microwave and frig.

Beautifully clean hotel. Smelled clean, carpets looked brand new. Front desk clerk was polishing door knobs. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options. Beds were super comfy and soft. Housekeeping came in and reset our room and bathroom btwn our 2 night stay. Dove soap and shampoo and lotion for bathroom amenities. Great tv channels. Very quiet hotel and neighborhood for it being on a busy highway. Everyone was very sweet, made us feel like friends of theirs. Beautifully decorated for Christmas in the lobby as well

I love the breakfast and it's workers are nice but the price for the room aas high and the lady that I called before booking says it's higher if you are booked full and lower if you are not I think it should have being a little cheaper because you were full....but over all we have stayed there twice and will stay there more because my daughter and new grandbaby lives about 2 miles from there...

Everything clean and tidy and in great working order, a great refresher after previously stayed in other HIE properties that don’t match this level and were disappointing. Staff were very helpful and welcoming especially Kelly, who tried everything to find me transport to where I was heading to. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection.

Great location 45 minutes outside of Ok. City. ALL OF THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY!! The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean! The breakfast had a lot to offer and was fresh and delicious!! A 10 all the way around!!
